On May 16, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the PENPAC roundtable event will be
taking place at CIANJ Headquarters, located at 61 S. Paramus Rd., Paramus, New Jersey. The event will address environmental regulations and laws which have a far
reaching impact on business, affecting land use, air quality, water, energy,
transportation, and infrastructure.
This year New Jersey is in the final stages of a monumental change in the way contaminated sites are cleaned up. The state is now authorizing licensed site remediation professionals to oversee the work.
Join Assemblywomen L. Grace Spencer and Holly Schepisi as they discuss these
changes and other key environmental issues facing New Jersey.
