Symposium on Sea Level Rise in NJ (Event)

This event will take place on September 29, 2012, from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm at Brookdale Community College – Warner Student Life Center Rooms: Navesink I, II, and III. This event deals with the causes and effects of a sea level rise. It concludes with a call to action.

The event was spurred on by the March 14th New York Times article entitled “Sea Level Rise Is Seen as Threat to 3.7 Million” the Monmouth County Cool Cities Partnership (MCCCP) has planned this Symposium on Sea Level Rise in New Jersey to be held in cooperation with the Monmouth County Environmental Council, Brookdale Community College, American Littoral Society, Clean Ocean Action and New Jersey Environmental Federation.
