This event will take place on January 24th 2013 in Birmingham, UK. The conference will address the role of the customer in the changing water industry. Expert speakers include:

  • Sonia Phippard, Director, Water & Flood Risk Management, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs
    Dame
  • Yve Buckland, Chair, Consumer Council for Water
  • Luis Garcia Berenguer, Chief Executive Officer, Bristol
  • Water
