There are a number of organizations that are helping to educate people about the science of climate change and other environmental threats but APSUS was acknowledged as a leader in higher education by Second Nature’s annual awards.
These Second Nature awards recognize innovative and advanced leadership in education for sustainability, climate mitigation and adaptation and institutionalized sustainability at signatory campuses of the American College and University Presidents’ Climate Commitment.
APUS is among three other institutions selected as a finalist for a Climate Leadership Award in the category of “Master’s Degree Granting Institutions.”
