Event – Kuwait WaterTech Conference & Exhibition

Kuwait WaterTech Conference &  Exhibition will take place on December 4 – 5, 2013 at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resorts in Safat, Kuwait. The Middle East is one of the most water-scarce regions in the world. The region’s challenge is twofold. On one hand, natural water resources are close to zero, and on the other, water consumption rates in the GCC region are one of the highest in the world.

Since 1950 all of GCC countries began develop and built desalination plants and later on wastewater treatment plants to help and sustain the groundwater resources to meet their growing demand. Kuwait Watertech Conference & Exhibition focuses on innovations, products and services, as well as best practices, successful case studies and practical applications of water technologies.

Kuwait Watertech Conference and Exhibition aims to explore modern technologies for optimum use of the available limited water resources, build an exchange platform for the most advanced technology of desalination & water reuse industry and adopt the appropriate technology advancement for the reuse of non-conventional water for the arid and semi-arid regions to meet domestic water demands and ecosystem challenges.

Kuwait Watertech Conference and Exhibition will bring together key industry experts to discuss current challenges, innovative technical and practical solutions to the water industry across the Middle East, highlighting case studies on best practices and recent developments in the field of water leakage, desalination and wastewater treatment.
