Sustainability Week 2021: How do you unlock investment for the transition to net zero?

The Sustainability Week online event will explore how you can unlock investment for the transition to net zero. It will take place during Sustainability Week March 22 -25, 2021.  This event will help you to understand what it will take for investors to reallocate sufficient funds to achieve the energy transition. It will examine the structures and instruments are needed to support climate-friendly investing. It will also consider whether we need to redesign the financial system to fight climate change?

Christopher Ailman, the Chief investment officer at CalSTRS will address the question: “How do you unlock investment for net zero?” Andrew Bailey, the Governor at the Bank of England will speak to How the Bank of England is supporting the green recovery and Bill Winters the Chief executive at Standard Chartered will discuss “moving to a low-carbon future – why banks and companies need to step up”.
